    Redemption!

I was not a fan of IHOP for many years because of the bad service and the pricing. I kind of boycotted them LOL!

Fast forward 3 years and now we are a fan of it! One day my sister wanted to give them a try and I was kind of taken back at first LOL. I thought she was kidding!

The first two times she went I didn't try anything but after she came back home saying how solid their food was I figure I would give it another chance. I'm glad I did because the food is solid!

I got the crepe combo and the crepes are delicious!! They are so light and the texture is so good! I like my crepes with the powdered sugar and butter with a little bit of syrup! Also they way they package your to go orders is so smart. They put your crepe/pancake/waffle in a tray in between your hashbrowns and meat!

Nothing is soggy and touching LOL! My only gripe is that there is only one server working! They make her do EVERYTHING! Greet people, seat them, take their order, ring them up and handle take out orders. It is so unfair and I wish management would put more employees on the floor.

Other than that, I'm a fan and redemption has been made! ^__^

Unless you have all the time of the world, don't come here for dinner.
The owners of this ihop need to take care of their night business. Very poor service. Only been here twice in the last 6 months and it's the same experience every time.
They're not prepared for evening customers.
The restaurant is half empty and yet the wait to be seated is long. The order for drinks is long. To get the check is long. Forget it, they proved it; won't be back.

Yes, it's a chain restaurant but for me the service is what sets this location apart from the others. Every visit we are always greeted by friendly hostesses and servers. Always cheerful and helpful. The food is the usual iHOP variety and quality. It's just a dependable local establishment that frequently visit.

Something happened here.  New ownership/management?   Our last couple of visits have not been good.

First, I don't care for the new remodel.  Not sure if this is the way all IHOP's are going, but I'm not a fan.   Feels way more corporate than homey.

The last few visits felt off.  The service wasn't spot on, the food was just OK.  Our last visit though was one of a kind.  I went in to check out IHOB!  Sure it's kind of a dumb promotion, but it put IHOP back in the national scene.

Our food took FOREVER!  Like over 30 minutes.  The server was super nice and apologetic stating they had a new cook.  OK, I'm good with that.  However, when our food did arrive, it was way under cooked.  The very light colored fries was the first tip.  My partner ordered Fish and Chips and when he cut into the first one, it was cold and undercooked.  It took us a while to flag down a service who was obviously doing some damage control elsewhere.  They offered to remake it, but we didn't have another 30 minutes to wait.  My burger was actually OK, but we decided to leave immediately as we were turned off by the uncooked food.

While waiting to pay, I overheard another guest providing a tip to the cook that shredded cheese should be used on an omelet, not a slice of American cheese that didn't fully melt.

In the end, we didn't pay for our meal, which was nice, but it worries me because this was one of our favorite restaurants.  Hopefully they can turn it around and return to normal.

I'm always a fan of omelette and wanting it badly in the morning BUT I don't wanna cook, that's why we decided let's do the hop in IHOP!
When we came, the server greets us and asked for how many people are we, then showed us the table. They have a great WiFi connection too in here, and it's not noisy though so many kids! Awesome rite!
We decided to have the mushroom spinach  and cheddar omelette, with pancake and hash brown.
For the omelette? I must say it doesn't taste so salty like others Which I like it, too much salt is so not healthy.
The mushroom is well cook (not too soggy)? The hash brown is ok, it stays warm and delicious!
Unfortunately I can't finish my cheddar omelette so I packed it to go.
Bill time! I must say they're in a middle level, not cheap too but it's not that way expensive!
My review is not bad, 3,5 stars because I'm still looking for the best place for breakfast that's great!
Oh and guess what! When I hear the left over at home, hours after that..dude it still is good! The cream on top is not sour, meat and egg is delicious!
